A third party guarentor of PI transactions. Participants are rated for completion of transactions and timely delivery of products or services. Participants will build their own profile through successful transactions creating a TR (trustworthiness rating).Fees can scale up with transaction amounts and down with higher trustworthiness. Fees should be escrowed for 30 days to allow for shipping, complaint resolution, and re-imbursement before processing. Small PI transactions can be automated while larger transactions should require third party human verification to proceed. Trustworthy sellers will earn higher TRs and lower fees while “bad actors” will quickly be labeled and excluded from the community of trusted sellers. Non-participants can still view the TR of any seller to encourage the broadest market benefit of their good behavior.
