The PiSlice Marketplace is an e-commerce marketplace system (think Amazon or eBay) where registered Pioneers and new Members and Customers can list, view and purchase items from a National and International market.
Listed items are purchased on the PiSlice Marketplace through the use of the Pi non-custodial wallet transaction for the amount that the seller of the item listing wants. Alternatively, offers can be put in from the buyer to the seller for a lower amount (e.g. “Make Best Offer”).
When items are sold on the PiSlice Marketplace locally, the item(s) can be collected in-person between the two Pioneers / Members, once the transaction has been confirmed from the Seller.
When items are sold on the PiSlice Marketplace Nationally or Internationally level, items can be sold with tracked delivery to ensure receipt of the delivery.
Only items that are legal between the two countries of transaction may be sold, and this excludes all drugs and weapons and the such. PiSlice will be monitored automatically and will be administrated and moderated to ensure the legal and social standards of an Internationally utilised e-commerce marketplace, is upheld.
The only currency that can be used on this marketplace is Pi. This will encourage the market (the Pioneers, Members, Sellers and Buyers) to find their own value for the items that are exchanged on the PiSlice Marketplace while also encouraging an increase in the transaction (the buying and selling) of Pi Coin.
This increases the value of the Coin and the overall interest of the Coin, as well as providing a useful application for our Pi Eco-System, and the wider Internet as a whole.
